"Soglaciye" Centre of Traditional Culture was founded in 1998 on the basis of the Public Organization Youth Folk Centre "Vetka" initiated by the Russian Cultural Foundation and the Committee on Culture of the city of Moscow. The official opening of "Soglaciye" Centre took place in April 1998 in the Armoury of the Moscow Kremlin.
